Opportunity to work closely with members of senior management as well as participate in deal meetings. Solid amount of deal flow for a small firm.

Cons

No formal training program meant that individuals were expected to learn on the job. As long as you are self-motivated to accomplish assigned tasks, it isn't a major problem.
