Flexible schedules, pay can be decent depending on the role, they do currently have great co-workers to be around.

Cons

Chaotic and untrustworthy leadership, to be promoted properly you better have a family member at one of their customers, and if they let you go good luck getting severance or UIA assistance.

Leaders listen to employees' concerns and lots of work is being done to improve RPM. There is a culture committee that focuses of employee experience. The average age is mid 30s so the culture is very fun and young. There is a lot of room for growth and promotions come fast. We have an accelerator program which trains current and future leaders. Free fresh fruit is delivered to the office. We have fun company outings including baseball games and escape rooms. There is a hybrid schedule and most teams are very flexible.

Nothing to complain about right now.
