Pros

Great coworkers and good culture if you are able to take the time to enjoy it.

Cons

Half of the management team act like this position they hold is the cool kids table in high school and it is gossip hour. They provide such a tiny amount of actual value to the company while taking the praise of other peoples accomplishments. And when trying to convey this is a problem to the CTO he plays it off an confirms things are in motion to right these wrongs while he turns around and literally spills the beans to the individual in question during confesion. Taking a job here would be actively choosing to watch your career to stagnate out because there are no efforts given unless the people involved see how it can benefit their own perception there. And if you take the position don't be surprised when they hold pay and to pretend your things in office were their property because they could care less about giving you things you worked for.

Pros

- Leader in the auto brokerage industry - Beautiful new office

Cons

RPM was recently bought by a private equity firm and the culture has shifted dramatically with layoffs and no raises/promotions for almost two years. Many of the talented employees have left and more have been laid off. It is a skeleton crew with overly high expectations.
