Pros

The company is respected in the industry and does some really great work. Lots of good leaders who really try to take care of their people. If you work hard, you have opportunities to advance in certain teams and business units.

Cons

Lack of diversity. Lack of advancement opportunities. Leadership that vehemently opposes work-from-home and believes that butts in seats are more important than setting clear expectations and trusting their team to meet expectations. A very messy reorg that created unnecessary attrition. Lack of transparency, especially in HR leadership. Retaliatory behavior from the CEO and former VP of HR in violation of the FLSA. Terrible pay and benefits. Micromanagement of PTO and work schedules. Pushback from the CEO on recognizing MLK Day and Juneteenth.

Pros

Supervisor doesn't micromanage since I get my work done

Cons

-Upper Management doesn't want to hear concerns or anything other than how much you love working here; don't ask for a raise based on experience or performance either because they only give raises to associates that "shut up and work". Going above and beyond gets you nowhere in this company. -Benefits are below average to average -Paid time off is split between personal (2 weeks to start) and vacation (2 weeks to start) - don't let them convince you that personal should only be used for doctor/dentist appointments. - In order to move up you have to "prove" that you're committed to the company by uprooting your life and moving across the country more than once; many people brag about how much they have moved for the company.

Wrong People Get Promoted

Pros

Nice colleagues and a pretty good culture overall if you're working with the right people.

Cons

Upper Management is tone-deaf. Very high turnover in some departments because they promote people with zero soft skills into positions they don't deserve. The pay is absolutely abysmal and they refuse to accept that saying they "benchmark" things but there is no transparency on that process.
