      Pros

      RSA is an international company with good customers base. Giving that exposure will significantly impact employee skills in terms of interaction with customers and security professionals.

      Cons

      There is no major weakness that I can associate with this company. It has the same challenges that any international company has like the stress of getting numbers and utilization.

      1. Salary structure is good in the time of hiring but the increment is slow 2. After Dell-EMC merger the increment and the appraisal cycle is changing which is a concern
