      Cool technology and great people, excellent reputation and brand. The company is going forward and developing next generation solutions in the threats field.

      Too many legacy products, many strategy and personnel changes.

      - Strong recognition for staff - Approachable management - Competitive starting salary with reviews - Great vision and new technology (messaging) - Inspirational leaders - Great people - Good benefits

      Cons

      - Marketing/keeping up with the digital era (The foundation of RSA is tokens, yet googling 2FA and they appear page 5+, well behind newer solutions) - Processes make the roles much more challenging, whilst the sales force has grown, the support and backbone has stayed the same size. - EMC collaboration is weak, may as well remain two separate identities - Too reliant on the channel (All points management are aware of but little is coming from plans and actions)
