Pros

We have a great culture within the office, everyone gets on and is friendly and welcoming. There is a social committee that regularly arranges events such as pool and pizza nights, annual beer bus, quiz and chips, meals and drinks after work, and our annual sports day in which mixed office teams compete (to name a few). This is a great opportunity to get to know and socialize with people from other offices. In regards to opportunity, RSM provides a fantastic student trainee scheme for both school leavers and graduates in which they can earn while they learn, gaining practical experience as they work towards their professional qualifications. This can lead to many career opportunities once qualified. Additionally, RSM has a vast array of benefits split into three sections: Core, Flexible & Recognition. As well as these, colleagues have the opportunity to buy or sell holiday and are eligible for the RSM company sick pay and a maternity pay scheme.
