Pros

Overall good management in the heartland of the company. Good pay, benefits, etc. Education benifits were good. There was money for special marketing efforts.

Cons

Don't expect salary increases over time; that takes an extraordinary situation. Changing comp plans year to year make it tough to plan. Very "accountant" culture with resentment of sales efforts.

You have to be a people pleaser to progress.

Pros

Learn a lot. Somewhat flexible with work hours. Limited out of state travel.

Cons

Work A LOT of overtime. Frown if you take any vacation during busy season (Jan-April) and some summer months (July, August & September) Pay is not enough for how much work they expect. Stressful work environment.
