      Pros

      Good staff which makes the work easy. I enjoy to go projects with the staff as a team. It is my pleasure to work such a company with.

      Cons

      There are some difficult areas during the project time. After a long discussion with the team members we concluding the specific part of the project.

      Pros

      Politics is relatively minimal compared to many companies. Working relationships among employees are pretty positive. It's quite an easygoing and accepting culture so most people will find it easy to blend in.

      Cons

      Employee benefits is rather low and minimal. Backlogs are expected; they tend to snowball when jobs are scheduled back to back. Work done is delayed and current job is affected. Only do it if you love internal audit.
