Pros

Good office space and amenities. Colleagues are nice and helpful. Have worked with some great managers and partners.

Cons

Have witnessed little to no guidance or support given to 1st year associates, especially those that start during busy season. Senior associates that don't want to teach or provide guidance should not be allowed to lead.

Working remote every now and then

Cons

Not for veterans or current guards members. They say they understand obligations until they come up and then expect you to work through them or work up until the day you leave for a year long deployment. Complete disregard to personal life such as spending time with family and friends before leaving for an extended period of time. They are supportive as long as you only ever do your traditional two days a month on the weekend which every service member knows is never the case.
