Awful management and leadership - tons of racism, classism and misogyny Very small/no raises and bonuses - you will be told the whole year you're doing an incredible job, and then you will be rated "meets expectations" and receive a 1% or less "raise". Almost every event turns into a frat party - leaders are drunks and do not care about how they appear at events Tons of pressure to not take care of yourself.
