I have absolutely loved my time at RSM. I would definitely reccomend to a friend. Compared to B4 you cant beat it. Similar pay, less hours, and you get to work on a variety of clients.

Cons

The travel can be a lot at times, but overall a great place to work

Great work experience, really nice managers and teams, good learning/skill development tools and resources, most managers/career directors very committed to helping you find where you are happiest/move around/work on different projects if you want to try something else.

Cons

Pay is fine for a job right out of school but doesn't reflect the amount of Hours worked. Very minimal transparency about busy season before started working. Raises are pathetic for associates.
