Pros

Freedom to set your own schedule. Some automomy to create sales and marketing materials to target your specific clients. The relationships with clients and their apprciation for the service value you offer.

Cons

A level of stagnation to keep infrastructure current at minimum and a lack of future planning for handling increase sales volume. This leads to client dissappointment for receiving needed equipment in a timely manner.

RTC has been fortunate to experience growth and to meet the needs has expanded into an additional facility. Also, new roles have been added to support the growth. This feedback is likely about past challenges that were identified prior to the expansion and new positions. We’ll revisit with our sales team, though, and continue to respond to any challenges that arise.
