Pros

Great co-workers. Year-long Fun Fridays (early out). A good learning experience. Fruit is provided for people to eat.

Cons

The morale here is very low, it's almost sad. No career path set in place, for anyone (including myself currently). A lot of people here will die here because a good majority of my co-workers are over age 50 (which means no room to grow anyways). Processes are very slow at this company and very disorganized. Upper management is a mess -- from HR to finance. You want people to come to you with ideas but then you act like we are stupid when we suggest them. No one feels valued or appreciated.

Pros

Excellent work environment, flexible start times, good benefits, 401k match, very little inter office politics. They try to create a comfortable work environment for everyone by hiring only competent people who know how to work as a team.

Cons

The yearly increases are not based on individual performance but as a company wide performance. The bonus program has been designed so that it is not achievable, even during profitable years.

Pros

RTC has a great insurance package and benefits. Also, the people at RTC are extremely nice and caring individuals.

Cons

Compensation is probably 20% to 25% lower than similar positions in the market. Bonuses are not based on merit and are rarely given in full. There is no form of career development paths at RTC which prevents it from retaining talent for more than a couple of years.
