Easy not too stressful 5 day work week , good for temp jobs or only wanting part time. Can work an be out by 220

Cons

Pay is low, not much room for promotions, favoritism is high here. Don’t like change, associates gossip about managers and each other very clicks

Pros

I’ve been working for RTC for over 5 years. I really enjoy the company culture and atmosphere. I’ve moved into several different roles in the company. I enjoyed the different departments I was in, able to grow from an associate level to a manager level. I appreciate that I had to opportunity to learn, take on more responsibilities, and share my knowledge to new team members with in the organization. I also like how the management team listens to their employees and likes to hear their opinions.

Cons

Since I'm a manager now I don't always participate in "Fun Fridays"
