Commercial director in Asia was a really great person to work under. Autonomy was given, yet much to learn from him as a leader.

Cons

My role was newly created and felt very disconnected with the other offices globally even though the work was very much interconnected. More time needed to grow the new role naturally.

Lots of money to fund projects that are to their liking

Cons

Male dominated company,no women in any high management positions, condescending male managers who never respect women, no knowledge of developing future business -- arrogantly relies on current contacts to grow business and will not help new sales associates AT ALL. Gives all leads and help to existing male sales team who has been in place for 20 years.
