Great colleagues; very talented and creative. Flextime is available. Very good benefits.

Cons

Most project managers are not technically proficient and make customer communication very difficult and incumbered. The company is very set in its ways and is not process driven. "Revolving door" atmosphere as talented people realize that change and improvement is not embraced.

Nice people to work with. If you work an extra 1/2 hour Monday-Thursday you get to leave at 2:30 on Fridays.

Cons

Controls were lax on costs. No clear management direction. Many contractors were in limbo to be hired. They would talk about hiring then nothing. Then start again over and over. Meantime other newer contractors got hired. It depended on the manager how quickly things happened.
