Excellent family based company. Friendly. Welcoming. Room for growth. Great benefits(Volunteer Time Off, Fun Fridays). For starting in 1950 and remaining in their family name, RTC has proven they are more than just a place to work. Everything from my first phone interview to my now 7th month of working here, has been a positive and professional experience. There is such a friendly but serious atmosphere because of the incredible people that work there. Instantly I felt welcomed as part of the RTC family and have made connections with people in several different departments. With an ever changing work flow and a company that constantly pushes the boundaries to redefine retail environments, I am in a position where I get to see first hand what incredible vendors and clients we work with all around the world! The fact that the original founder and his son, the CEO, of such a large company know everyone by name and take the time to get to know their employees speaks volumes. It has been a great experience so far with RTC and I look forward to the years to come.
Cons
No cafeteria options. There are vending services but not much variety. No gym within the building. Could use a detailed list directions for some of the software systems being used.
