Pros

Great working environment. It was really fun and interesting to design point of purchase displays and to realize how this affect the point of sale and marketing of big companies as P&G and Coca-Cola.

Cons

No cons, but operations in Monterrey, Mexico were closed after recession due 9/11 eventes.

Pros

- Benefits - good 401(k), medical, dental, they cancelled vision which was ok for me but not for some employees - flexible hours - 9 hour day with an hour lunch and you can start between 7-9 - client brand names

Cons

- Management gives zero feedback or guidance - People quit constantly because they realize they're getting paid far less than competitors - The company claims to be "open book" but is absolutely not - don't hide behind EBITA - No opportunities for training or development - They tell everyone about quarterly company town hall meetings but only have them once or twice per year - Bonus goals have no actual tie to metrics, nobody receives what they hope to

Pros

Excellent work environment, flexible start times, good benefits, 401k match, very little inter office politics. They try to create a comfortable work environment for everyone by hiring only competent people who know how to work as a team.

Cons

The yearly increases are not based on individual performance but as a company wide performance. The bonus program has been designed so that it is not achievable, even during profitable years.
