In addition to posting and announcing all job openings, we work to provide formal and informal training to prepare associates for advancement. In 2022, we had 52 transfers and promotions within our US team of 380.

      We really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad you enjoy the flexibility our hybrid schedule offers our associates. Regarding our systems, coincidentally, the senior management team is currently reviewing our software and hardware to prioritize updates.
