Less community participation due to lack of assurance on the information they deliver..

Have been interviewed for 2 positions, the first one I did not get feedback, the second one, I got feedback and did 3 interviews, was requested whether the referees could be contacted which I agreed, from there on wards, no feedback was given until i probed after 3 weeks, then I was told that I was not successful for the position
