RTI International is a very competent company with a lot of very intelligence people. They get a lot of large contracts and there is a lot of work to do. They are flexible about your schedule and you can often work from home if you'd like.

Cons

The company is very research based and there is not a lot of communication between employees.

Cons

I would say the processes are sometimes slow , the decisions are taken without consulting. And most important the management style is classical and need to be improved.
