Cons

No equal empolyment opportunity, Management treat workers badly, and with disrespect.

Pros

There is opportunity to grow, They pay for relevant ttuition. They try tio care about their emplotees. The benefits are fair and domparably better than most employers.

Cons

There is nepotism. There are some hirings and firings that do not seem fair. There could be more transparency and honesty amongst mangement. Salaries could be a little higher and more competitive with the surrounding areas.
