Flexible working could be more flexible, lack of progression in bottom of the ladder roles, job title misleading to what the role actually is

Very friendly people, nice location, good modern office, agile working, enjoyable job (before the change ah least), world class events, fun at work

Cons

Unclear ways to progress after the restructuring, treat people as algorithms based on bizarre surveys that change their jobs workout asking, low wages compared to other companies
