Opportunities to work on some amazing events and travel around australia

Cons

Poor Moral Shocking bonus system Middle to upper management is severely out of touch Pay is well below standard Extremely high turn over and staff management is poor Leave management is poor, you will be forced to use leave and are not allowed to save any for the next year as well as a two week forced shut down over xmas which means you really only get 2 weeks leave a year. not being able to accrue it means you can never get any decent time off to travel

Pros

Great people, nice offices, and when I was there their own coffee shop. Some great managers. Good location next to train station. Fair pay and benefits.

Cons

Senior management very flawed in terms of the power certain leader/s in Marketing wield, leveraging their friendships in HR to expel staff they don't like. Massive lack of control over leadership accountability, behaviour and actions - impact seen very powerfully several years ago with the decimation of a great I.T. department.

Pros

The office environment is friendly and they were very welcoming. They gave me more and more difficult tasks as I showed them what I was capable of.

Cons

Sometimes interns will have to do data entry and other mindless tasks. Sometimes, I was told to do a task but I wasn't explained the overall picture or purpose of completing the task. Work can also get hectic sometimes with tight deadlines and staying for extra hours was common.
