Not the worst place to work, not the best either in the industry.

Only speaking for the team I worked with, they were a great bunch.

Cons

Salary and bonus scheme is way under industry standard in the UK. Method of achieving bonus/commission is outdated. Often feels like they're trying to trip you up to not give you the full amount. Company stock price comes before anything, it must go up regardless of how many people leave or how much you expect to get paid.

Learning and growth atmosphere taking into account technology trends and available learning platforms to help grow. Really approachable senior management and great teams.

Cons

Lots of junior responsibilities are outsourced so not many young people.
