Big company perks like 5% off your insurance, smart casual attire, well planned company events.

Cons

Conservative leaders do not like new ideas and anyone with fresh perspective that is different to that of the leaders will be put at a disadvantage and treated unfairly. They will provide you good feedback and as soon as they decide that you are not like them, they will tell you that you are not doing well. Plenty good employees have moved on because of this.
