      The people Progression is available The industry

      Leadership don’t have a clear vision Don’t listen to customers Salary is very poor & no pay increases. Bonuses almost impossible to hit Heavy work with Philippines but no clear working model

      Used to be a good place but impacted hard by Covid

      Pros

      People are nice with a passion for what they do, you work on many different shows wit ha positive fun aspect

      Cons

      Very signficant amount of staff was made redundant in 2020 so increased workload for those left, barely running shows at the moment and a lot uncertainty going forward, moral is low in the company with a lot of staff leaving
