Pros

There is excellent teamwork made of all driven people. Colleagues are supportive and willing to share experience. You will surely fine a good real friend out of these friendly bunch. The top management is professional and have regular townhall catch up with the whole company which is great.

Cons

Given the nature of the event industry, long working hour is expected especially during show days. There are also quite limited and slow career progression. Pay increment is not so great.

Benefits, flexible working hours, good environment

Cons

Putting most of the bets on digital, putting aside what generates more revenue to the company which is the F2F events. HR (specially in Americas) does not keep up with the company situation. Promote the company as wonderful place to work, set up non-sense events during working hours. Internal communication between the different company departments. Global team asking too many unproductive reports.
