Pros

MD Brian Thomas is very friendly and makes effort to get to know employees.

Cons

The lack of structure and due processes means that management gets to say and do whatever they want, you could meet all your KPIs and still have your performance reviewed as poor because you skipped a non mandatory team dinner. They will listen to a few people's opinions and make judgements based on those, ignoring the rest's. Managers will tell you "oh you can always come to me if you have any problem" and you would take that as a kind offer but they will give you hell when you choose not to share problems you face with them because you are "not communicative". Biased views and favouritism also means that it is so hard to progress unless you are doing some brown nosing.

Pros

- There are some great people within this business who really are doing a great job and are trying to make it better for others - You get a lot of experience with different tasks, industries etc because roles are so broad

Cons

- They don't value people - you really are just a number - No confidentiality or support for HR issues - No consideration for personal circumstances, illnesses (sick days are frowned upon and earn you a bad reputation) - Supposedly 'agile' structure but not really - if you don't conform (e.g. if you sit where management can't watch you) you get disciplined, even if you are doing your job correctly - Top-heavy structure means that as a 'doer', you have too many people telling you what to do, and not enough people actually helping you do it, so you get micromanaged - Favouritism is blatant and rife - Low pay - You basically have to do overtime just to stay on top of your workload, which is thankless and you don't receive any recognition or appreciation - it's just expected
