Richmond is a nice town

If you are at a sales exec/manager level and hit your targets it's all straight forward. If you end up at corporate level you will be subjected to gas lighting and other manipulation tactics never really knowing if it was your fault in the first place.

Cons

Poor management, opaque system of promotions or promotions given to those who just agrees with everything management says. Bad workload management. Too many admin processes which have a negative impact on results. Significant drop in quality of new recruits.
