At a push, flexible working. although most companies offer this.

Cons

Silos within silos leading to zero communication or collaboration. No focus on personal development of staff leading to high turnover and best employees leaving. No calibration of salary reviews etc so bonuses etc are based purely on perception and not value added. No clear vision or contiguous plans for strategy.

-A dead end, no development opportunities - Lack of strategy and innovation in the mature events - No team feel, very individualistic culture - Communication breakdown between departments - Low salaries - Heavy workload - Some teams are seen as important and enjoy high salaries, trainings and other whereas who other less of a priority are being neglected - Hierarchical structure - Job titles and salaries are low compare to the responsibility. What is executive at reed is a manager in other companies - No bonuses and no renumeration. Year on year increase of salary is a lot lower than inflation - Ridiculous long hours during the events
