Reed employs layers upon layers of managers that for most are only concerned with expanding their own mini empires. I've learnt a lot here about bad practice, bad process and no accountability. CIT operates like a software house of the dot com bubble, hack it, deploy it, high fives all round. Then spend the next 6-12months helping it limp to success.

The software we've built is beyond rubbish! Ancient technologies & non-working methodologies. Demo day once a week - an entire boring day, just pretending that you listen at what people have to say. Management is beyond ancient, long before the days of "waterfall". Micromanangement. Work is so boring and unfullfilling. There is no worse job in the world than this job.
