I have been with RXO now for a little over 6 months now and I have thoroughly enjoyed the growth opportunities! I have been working closely with the account executives, and I have been so proud with watching them grow going into Q4. Here at RXO you can create your own path within the company and I'm pursing a teaching role the expand the AE hunt group of the company. The leadership around me has been nothing but supportive in my goals, and I cant wait to see what the next 6 months brings me.
