My coworkers. Location is great.

Cons

Pay. Management No opportunity to advance. Discriminates. Drives out the best workers. Incompetent leadership who is out of touch of day to day. CEO more worried about his reputation than the employees.

Pros

This company was just spun off and has a tremendous amount of interesting work. Management works hard to ensure employees are successful. Their location in Charlotte is great. Benefits are good and in line with other companies. This is a great place to work if you want interesting work and want to grow your career.

Cons

The pay may be a little under market for starters, not that much and the work certainly makes up for it.
