Since working in the logistics industry for many years - RXO is truly a breath of fresh air. Senior leadership visits all sites and always takes the time to speak with everyone. They take the feedback from the employees and then they really take action! RXO provides many opportunities for all employees to advance their careers and it's nice to know RXO really promotes within!

Energetic and fast paced industry with an abundance of opportunities for growth. Management has a huge focus on development and growth of its employees as well. Company allows you to choose your career direction. Great benefits and pay as well starting out. If your looking for a career this is the place to work.

Cons

Not your typical sales job. Can be stressful as times but rewarding to those who can overcome. If you are looking for an easy job this is not for you.
