Work life balance is something they truly focus on. Team building and making everyone feel needed. Growth is something they want for those wanting to be more successful within the company. Yearly raises happen.

Cons

Pay can be better, and the percentage needs to be a bit higher. Remote work policies need to be adjusted when it comes to medical matter.
