      Pros

      The salary was good, and I was there for only a few months. The benefits were nothing special.

      Cons

      The merger with Coyote Logistics resulted in redundancies, and when I was told the Coyote team would report to me, that was not the case. No warning, no nothing. Very disorganized.

      Plenty of work to keep you occupied. Good people at most levels.

      Cons

      RXO has a tendency to overlook those that do well by spending all their time on the ones that aren't. There's usually a lot of locations that struggle, so expect to have to fix other people's problems if you run your location well.
