- Fast-paced, team-oriented environment that keeps you on your toes - Leadership is approachable and open to new ideas/feedback - Opportunities to learn about all aspects of the supply chain - Results-driven culture where hard work and persistence are rewarded - Strong focus on building relationships — both internally and with clients

Cons

- Workload can be intense during peak seasons — not unusual for the industry - Some processes are still being streamlined as RXO & Coyote migrate together
