      Pros

      RXR originated as a family-owned and operated company and you still feel the roots walking through the halls today. They care about your development and often provide learning and training events to further your career. Love the people I get to work with!

      Cons

      Sometimes opportunities are not offered, and you have to speak up. Not necessarily a con, but you will get what you put in.
