Pros

This is a great company name to have on your resume. Some departments have excellent talent if you are lucky enough to work with them. Growing very fast and name is recognized and respected throughout industry. If you put in the hard work and long hours, there is opportunity for advancement. Summer Fridays are a nice perk.

Cons

Medical insurance could be better, poor dental plan, no matching 401K, no tax free transit reimbursement, flat raises, no tuition reimbursement unless budgeted the year before. Poor communication between departments.

Pros

Don't have to leave the building to grab lunch.

Cons

If you're a minority, a woman, or not Italian, you won't move up in company. Work life balance is poor, the company is very cheap and does nothing to boost moral. If you enjoy working long hours for low pay, working in a depressing environment with other employees who are not happy, and don't mind working for impatient and rude managers then you may want to turn in an application.

Pros

Quality Building Portfolio, A few decent and dedicated employees. good client and tenant base made up of quality companies. CEO Scott Rechler is a driven company leader,

Cons

Upper management overloads mid-level management with no support for long periods of time. Although the company's financial position is very strong, bonuses once factored into your compensation package have deteriorated and do not seem to be based on personal performance or dedication, but more so of what is left after the big guys take their share.
