      If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment where you can have some input, this is a good place for you. The management encourages inclusiveness and likes initiative.

      Cons

      A telecommuting program would be a nice addition.

      @ Raas Infotek, everyone is a Leader. Each one of us is empowered. The Raas Infotek Leadership principles are too good and the Organization ensures that employees are taken care well and empowered. The Culture, the flat hierarchy, the skillset, the technology, exposure to Client insights have made Raas Infotek the best place to work for. The last but not the least, Raas Infotek has been the most ETHICAL company and I feel proud to work for it

      Salary & incentive always comes on time.

      Cons

      It was a good company but now politics is there only and the owner likes only bootlickers. He is very very very credulous person and managers are behind the girls.
