Pros

I've had an amazing experience working at Rackner. The company offers competitive pay and strong benefits, which shows they genuinely care about their employees' well-being. Work-life balance is highly valued and respected here, which makes it easy to stay energized and focused during work hours. Plus, the team is filled with good people—supportive, talented, and always ready to help each other. It's been a pleasure to be part of such a positive workplace culture! I am super happy to be at Rackner and plan on staying here for a while.

Cons

Rackner may be a smaller company, so it can feel a bit uncertain at first with who to reach out to and where to begin, but once onboarding begins, there’s a strong support system with people ready to guide you through every step.
