Pros
It's an exciting work environment with plenty of opportunities for growth and advancement. Rackner offers incentives for getting several certifications and they make it easy to keep up-to-date with cutting edge cloud and development technologies. I've worked on a lot of different projects and it's a great change of pace to not be constrained to working on one project or in the same language all of the time.

Various project deadlines can create heavy workloads at times

Really fun environment, great clients and varied projects with really cool technology. Plenty of room to progress and some great resources for learning and professional growth - in fact management heavily encourages it.
Cons
Processes are still evolving as the company grows, so keeping up with change is a must. Some things aren't figured out yet.
