Pros

Good pay considering the living expense in San Antonio. Dev ppl are nice. They really focus on their tasks and are willing to help you out if you have trouble in your work.

Cons

Too disorganized. Everything is in a mess compared to big companies in the market. They have a long long way to go to be a great company, if they know what they should do.

Pros

Rackspace has a strong sense of culture and is a very open and friendly place to work. People of all roles are very approachable and willing to assist.

Cons

Sometimes the feeling of being a slightly younger tech company (12 years old) can show. There are a couple isolated departments where it feels like some outside influence would be very helpful for providing direction.
