Pros

- Management team put huge emphasis on employees' well-being and genuinely caring and supportive. - Rackspace invests a lot in developing a great knowledge base which is a wonderful and powerful way to share knowledge across different Rackspace offices in the globe. - Most of the colleagues are genuinely supportive and some are truly inspiring. - Good benefit from Free Gym Membership, Premium Health-Care insurance plan, Regular Racker Wellness day-off (Additional hours of paid time off) ..etc.

Cons

Too many Processes and Systems here, and some teams may work silos

Pros

Rackspace creates a culture of collaboration, cooperation and partnership. Each office is like a family and that's how we treat each other. I've worked in both small and large organisations with Rackspace being the one job I look forward to each day.
