      Pros

      It's a great company and is positioned well in the market. It has a great culture and we seem to have fun at what we are doing.

      Cons

      The company has grown so fast that management really struggles, they don't have training for manager and this leaves a huge gap in the employee life cycle. Manger don't know they need to help you or develop you. You have to learn by yourself the odd's are your manager will not know how to help you.

      It's a mid-sized company that operates like a startup. Employees (Rackers) from top to bottom are encouraged to take initiative and be innovative. Anyone can do anything and there are usually almost no consequences.
