      -Varied and large infrastructure to work on. -Opportunities to work with all sorts of technologies, company is very permissive to you working on what you fancy and learning from other teams. -Free lunch on Thursdays and free beer on Thursdays -Excellent pay for on-call and overtime -Friendly colleagues and good team working spirt

      -Restructure has separated my old Infrastructure team into techology towers which has reduced the variety of work. -Teething issues to be resolved following recent restructure in terms of operations management -Company has been in a constant state of change following Datapipe's buyout of Adapt and Rackspace's buyout of Datapipe. Future of Cardiff office is uncertain. -Project Management is inept, they seem to provide unrealistic deadlines to customers and spring tasks on engineers at the last minute, verging on aggressive demanding that we drop our BAU work for their project task. -Job has gotten rather repetitivein recent months and a lot of the more exciting work has gone to the senior engineers. -Promotions nearly impossible to obtain, and pay increments are poor. Negotiate a high starting salary that you will be happy with for years or find somewhere else. -High turnover, some teams very short staffed and positions are not being backfilled
