      Pros

      Friendly people to be around, great benefits, very good development opportunities for employees to utilize. Even though people are higher up than you they do not look down on you and everyone is treated equally.

      Cons

      I can't really think of any downsides to working for Rackspace really, however you tend to only do specifically what your job role is and hand everything off to other teams even if it's something simple. This is only minor though - all teams are pretty quick.
