      Fantastic colleagues across the US, UK, Asia...mix of personalities, genuinely fun culture to work in and a contemporary approach to solutions and technologies, much more nimble than the big firms

      Cons

      Struggling to diversify the business away from the small to medium business customer, as well as mentality, still very transactional and short term in approach, pay is average

      Focus is on the employees. Great benefits, lovely office, training, great people and teams. Engage in giving back. Transparency from senior leadership.

      Cons

      The pressure to hire sometime could lead to hiring the wrong people. Although it's a chilled out place to work some employees take advantage of it.
